At about 4 this afternoon, Mom returned home. She just finished eating some leftovers from meals friends had brought to our house over the past week and really enjoyed them. Mom is grateful for all your prayers, meals, and support. She still is in some pain from the incision and had some low blood pressure this morning. She is scheduled to have her staples removed on Friday. On August 10th she will have her post-operative visit. In terms of her mobility, she is able to get up out of bed and go to the restroom on her own. Stairs are challenging, but doable "one step at a time." Her next round of chemo will take place in coming weeks. With the IP catheter chemo treatments can have more complications so each treatment involves a three day stay at the hospital.
Please pray that there would be no wound infection, the next round of chemo would go smoothly, and that she would have a swift recovery.

Dear Joanne:
We are here in Texas with Arthur and Cara. We all had a time of prayer for you on the day of your surgery. The saints pray for you at our prayer meeting in Waltham every week and we know that our prayer is being answered. In Mark 11:24 our dear Lord said "All things that you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and you will have them." Praise the Lord for His faithfulness in answering our prayer.
He prays with us and is bringing our prayers to the Father.
Rev. 8:3-4 "And another Angel came and stood at the altar having a golden censer, and much incense was given to Him to offer with the prayers of all the saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne. And the smoke of the incense went up with the prayers of the saints out of the hand of the Angel before God."
We are the believers and believe the saints prayers have been brought to God by our Christ (special delivery)and answered. Your faith has been so watering to us and has encouraged us that the Lord is with us. May His grace and blessing be with you and your family.
